Recommendations
Based on our current feedback from a cohort of individuals, in order for the VC 1 to be most effective, in most cases, at least 4 cm of the vest needs to stretch (be pulled) down over the extremities/wearer’s abdominal region, which in turn will cause sufficient lift on the GI tract.
It is important that you start wearing the garment for 4-5 hours every day during the initial few days and with little to no pressure on the lower part of the abdomen to allow for the body to adjust. This allows for the body to gradually recover from the long-term build-up of fluids and other unwanted toxics. Once you have passed the initial stage, it is recommended that you increase the duration of use and tightening of the belt.
