Dispatch and Delivery policy
All parcels are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 business days. We will not be liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods and manufacturing delays. Due to the current pandemic, there could be delays in shipping. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
Shipping is free within Australia, and delivery times are estimated between 5-10 days within Australia depending on the destination of the purchase.
International shipping is $31 (AUD) and delivery time estimates are 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.
At PGP Health we seek the complete satisfaction of our customers. In the event that you find your purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you a full refund on your online order under the following conditions:
- Purchases must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. This does not include any cost incurred by us for the cost of postage/freight to have the item returned to us
- We will need a proof of purchase (please see below for details)
- Merchandise must be in a new and unused condition with all labels and product swing tags attached
- For hygiene reasons product must not be worn and cannot be refunded for change of mind
- Monogrammed and customised items cannot be returned
If the returned merchandise does not meet the criteria above, the refund will be declined.
Please email us through the Contact Information page with details on why you wish to return the purchased product. The refund will be returned to the same payment method used to purchase the product. We hope to respond to you within 48 business hours.
